They’re made by a systematic approach
- with clear knowledge of how hide tanning works.
I’m Mara and this is Fern + Roe Folk Tannery.
We tan a dozen+ sheepskin rugs every month
with all natural, non-toxic ingredients.
We have zero automation in our tannery, except a washing machine :)
Everything that I do at a production level, you can do at home .

We meet for 4 live calls.

You get 6 instructional video drops
→ Detailed, coherent videos walking you through the steps
→ You’ll get 2-4 videos each day there’s a drop
You tan two sheepskins
(or as many as you want)
→ one is smoke-tanned + alum-tawed
