Only current cohort members may purchase this kit. Any orders placed outside the current cohort will be donated to our scholarship program.

Your Materials Kit contains:

• salted deer hide → to turn into smoked buckskin

• salted sheep skin → to turn into a bark-tanned rug

• 2 lbs Calx

• 15 oz citric acid

• 5 lbs salt

• 5 lbs Mimosa extract

• 4 oz sunflower lecithin powder

• 1 lb canned pork brain

• 3-ply poly twine for hide framing

• size 13 tapestry needles

• sewing kit

• pH indicator liquid ~ for new members

Shipping + Receiving

• Canada folks: you will pay $35 USD flatrate shipping. We do not offer local pickup.

• USA: we will invoice you for shipping after you receive your Kit. Expect to pay $40-$60 USD to ship to the USA plus about $20-$60 in tariffs.

• International: we cannot ship hides overseas, but you can get every ingredient in the list above from our hide tanning supply shop.
