A kit with all the basics for joining Hide Club or journeying into hide tanning on your own - you just choose a dry scraper after this and you’re set.
This kit comes with:
The Scraper: your wet-scraping and fleshing tool
Awl: a graduated awl for framing hides
Tapestry needle: for threading your framing string (we’ll provide a sample of framing string)
Pumice stone: a natural finishing tool to buff rawhide, buckskin, cloth, and fur textiles
Waterproof apron: a must-have that is durable, washable, and adjustable for size
Softening Cable: for breaking in your hides as you soften, for an incredible finish
Plus a Fern + Roe cotton tote bag to carry it all.
